The other thing that has worried me a bit, is the Medical Lab in Canada. I never quite understood where this came from - something to do with INR testing (blood 'thinning'). IMHO, it should be sold off.
(I have spent my life close to such labs, know a lot about them, and they are not trivial. If anyone thinks samples come in, slot onto an Analyser, spew out a result, they are scratching the surface. You need an obsessive highly trained, highly paid, head for starters. And if anything goes wrong, the legal costs are astronomical. And as you branch out with other tests, because no-one will send samples to a lab that is a one-trick pony, everything gets more complex and demands more costly oversight). Oh, dear.
