The same trading games arw being played today again. Stuff up the sell side, stuff up the buy side, scare retailers ro sell, if they don't sell your own shares in big parcels. If somebody else tries to buy, sell a little and pull the rest of the sell orders.

I think Regal has given up to profit on the upside. They are driving price down aggressively to accumulate at lower price, average down and then sell on the way up. Rinse and repeat. Perhaps this is the reason that there are sub holding notices as effectively net holding size is almost unchanged.
