Perhaps she has to wait until the country has finalised the elections and a new president has been sworn in?
I don't think it is unrealistic for bureaucrats to wait for the new boss to come in and make sure the decision they make is aligned with the goals and objectives of the president.
I know Milei is all about opening up the economy, free markets and all those good things that should be positive for us (and our competition), but he hasn't won yet, and until he does, no one will put their neck on the line.
