Clearly another one who does not let FACT get in the way
1) IXR have not yet published a BFS, like the ML it is still stuck in the pipeline, and their DFS had an accuracy of +/-50% 2) IRR is not a measure of Project value; NPV is, and PEK's at US$620M post tax is double that of IXR's (IF RE prices double) 3) Peaks financials are quoted on the expected price for NdPr, IXR's base theirs on the expected TREO price; so roughly the same not 50% higher.as you suggest !
And for somebody who chooses to ignore the FACTS
1) The Tenure of Radioneuculids at Makuuta is almost the same as Hard Rock hosted deposits ie roughly 7% or 45ppm per 640ppm REE's (thanks again Rob for that reference) 2) The difference being that Hard Rock mines trap their Radioneuculids and dispose of them in properly engineered containment structures; whereas IXR are going to put them straight back into the groundwater ! 3) If IXR is still a good investment for you your holding price must be way under 2c ! unless of course you are a trader and are wise enough to sell every time the SP goes above 3c ?
