Well a Board is suppose to look after the interests of retail , as much as instos , in a perfect world , would be nice to see SPR report to ASIC that the share price sell down prior the the raise was possibly more than coincidental .
If there was anything untoward paradoxically some of the instos ( and some have board members on SPR ) on the register would have got screwed just as much as retail .
Not much use having a board if they have no back bone at the right time .
