Giving overpaid employees in a not for profit organisation any shares is giving free shares paid for shareholders through dilution. I’m not arguing, I’m just pointing out that your completely untrue statements. Your statement regarding the entitlement take up is incorrect. The take up by those close to the company was absolutely pathetic and given some directors wouldn’t even put a dollar up for the ‘fully supported’ raise tells you everything you need to know.
