I never claimed it would be fully taken up, in fact quite the opposite particularly among retail , as for directors a few weeks ago I stated it up to them as to what they want to do and a number are ineligible.
But the biggest shareholders have taken up a significant if not all their entitlements including one who is an insider.
Again, why do you care, you are more concerned than actual shareholders. Bizarre.
