I've never seen a suspension on bad drilling results. Suspension on biotech failing trial result, on government stealing resources? Sure. But not for drilling. They could just say nothing as bad drilling results are normally considered immaterial.
And now we have more than just MEI to compare with. Brazilian rare earth backed by Gina is also listing with over 300m market cap. So if VMM results are comparable there's no reason why we shouldn't be trading at those levels. Not to mention MEI is trading very tight as if it's breaking to new highs any days now.
