    Do we need a deal?

What I'm seeing is a BOD that are proving their ability to diversify from research into production. Small scale designed to support the clinical trials true but if they prove they can manage it that's removes one of the attraction's of taking a big pharma deal. Let me know if I'm wrong but aren't the remaining attractions are access to capital and distribution?

If you are researching a new cure for headaches you are going to need access to capital and distribution as much as you need production facilities and expertise.

If you have an effective cure for solid tumours and have built expertise and have existing relationships with manufacturers I think access to capital and distribution will take care of themselves.

Be interested in what I'm missing here but removing the need for a partnership while your proposition is being de risked seems like a legitimate strategy.
