@mogga; you appear to be unaware that throughout Israel there's considerable discontent linked to a never-ending 'we're under siege' mentality.
Eighty years of killing Palestinian civilians at a ratio of almost thirty Palestinians to one Israeli as sending messages to the likes of Hamas hasn't delivered what most Israelis long for - doing more of the same with even more US resources will ensure the Song Remains the Same!
Of course, the situation may well yet explode into a prequel for WW3 with the US and Israel itching to attack Iran while ignoring warning signs from the likes of Turkey.
