Everyone says because of ASX disclosure rules - we won't see a discovery in the media before tomorrow if a discovery is made.

I can't understand why this is true?

If on Saturday night - They let the ASX know via email or whatever, that means they've done their part.

The media and zim then find out - news naturally gets leaked - but it doesn't matter as market is closed over the weekend, so there is no impact to the market.

The market will all find out officially via ASX before market opens, despite already knowing through media outlets in Zim

Am I missing something here?
