ask Paul & Linda who have been sucking over $600,000 per year of shareholders money while losing millions of dollars a year of the company's funds
also important to be aware Linda has sold circa 5m shares over the past 12 or so months and has recently been awarded over 1m 'performance shares' for free
I would also encourage the board to check when Linda sold the circa 5m shares - it would be prudent of them to check whether any of the shares were sold during periods when she was legally not allowed to sell.
