I don't really care much about the history of when paracetamol was first discovered vs when it was approved for use - that doesn't effect clinical practice.
When it comes to pharmacology of paracetamol, indications for use, dosing regimens, contraindications, etc, that's important.
The evidence base, which for paracetamol is extensive, is important.
The question that was asked of me didn't really make much sense. So I stand by my "dunno"
