That's not cynical. When these performance rights were proposed our share price was around 62 cents. It's now 40 cents. What's it going to be in Jan 2024? We are effectively incentivising our MD to get the share price as low as possible in the next couple of months. This is amateur hour, a floor price of 62 cents should have been stipulated. We are also signalling to the market (again) that no deals are coming in the next couple of months at least. Terribly managed again!
