Good point,Lowkey. If they were truly independent and FMR was putting the hard word on them for preferential treatment,then that would be a responsible course for them to take.So it suggests to me,as they haven't, they and FMR must have a common interest.
I'd be prepared to contribute towards getting a commercial lawyer to go through all of roblun's forensic work in the light of the Boards decision not to proceed with Sean Gregory's proposal and to make recommendations as to remedial or corrective action, shareholders could take.
