Well as usual the market is wrong, inflation is still through the roof, opec have Biden and co by the balls and will keep oil prices high, which means everything else is destined to stay inflated. More interest rates to come in America and everywhere else Imo. How many times did we hear the Australian media and many ‘finance experts’ during the last couple of years say - ”this will be the last raise”. They keep on coming haha… only the sheep will believe it. Keep buying overpriced homes and keep the market buoyant. That’s what it’s about. Trick the public and never let them invest in physical PMs as an investment.
