Opec have had to cut 4 times to maintain price because demand doesn't outstrip supply and in particular because the US are at ATH production. Oil is at a 40% discount to Mar '22. The 2nd largest economy China has slipped back into deflation - demand issue!!
House prices in OZ are a function of supply demand where the latter is a function of migration. Between now and 2030 we will add 4 million people (https://www.abs.gov.au/statistics/people/population). Its nothing to do with some crazy conspiracy theory about "tricking" people to not buy PMs. LOL
