I am not interested in a board spill because that could have devastating effects. I have an issue with performance shares.........sp dropped from lofty heights and everything still to play for. I understand how this works with KPI's etc but do we actually know what these KPI's look like moving forward? How do we see these before we are asked to vote?

I want to see performance and then reward for performance not reward now assuming KPI's will be hit. It just irks me but I understand this is the playing field.

I will get over it but for now I see this more as an impediment to company growth and snouts in the trough.
