JW has been consistently quiet on most fronts at the best of times, and I do get what you are saying regarding what we perceive should be apart of a MD’s job. That being relaying all information to the shareholders as soon as it comes to hand.
But that is not his MO nor would I expect him to change his ways from the last announcement to today. Of course if the information is “price sensitive” he has a fiduciary obligation to notify shareholders via ASX.

Now if you or any reader has an issue with the way he is doing his job, stand up and speak what needs to be said at the AGM today or have your say by voting on the resolutions (which closed on Sunday), that way you’ll be better heard by management.

As for JW information and our SP: Joe being on the big bucks (which he is no doubt) “needs to clarify” any selling position without questioning from shareholders.

LPD having Traxys as the middleman allows a certain amount of Black Box anonymity between seller and buyer…Yes?

Now I’m not saying JW would be using this loophole to keep negotiating progress away from shareholders or the market as JW has stated publicly selling beneficed stock to Chinese converters. So we the public are already aware of the action, therefore would expect a certain amount of transparency regarding progression. What I am saying is if you have questions not answered, you should take the opportunity today and ask JW. If his answer is not sufficient consider writing to him for more clarification.

Remember the AGM is today at 10am WA, 12:30pm QLD, and 1:30pm AEDT.
But please check the above times are correct for your state.
