Another interesting detail at the end of this notice:
Athos sold an equity swap to MS on the 15th of November, the day after MS's last substantial interesting notice.
This gives MS access to another ~38 million shares.
So if I'm reading this right, Athos have been accumulating on behalf of MS (or whoever they are acting for), which is sailing pretty close to the wind.
