@Wary 1 Yes, but just in case others don't see your sarcasm, in the clip @fitzroy5 posted above, Bill O'Chee (in not so many words) said that ASIC do not investigate cases brought to their attention by administrators and liquidators but what ASIC do is ignore over 98% of the documented cases and then soley rely on the investigative work done by the third party administrators and liquidators. Yes folks, that is our regulator at work LOL !!!

KCN has suffered under the regulation of its trading on the ASX by ASIC as demonstrated in my post above.

Bill O'Chee needs to be thanked for providing testimony to the current senate enquiry, he sat on the senate enquiry 30 years ago so has first hand knowledge of the inaction and misguided attention the last enquiry experienced. I have heard nothing simpler nor better than handing over investigation of financial crime on the ASX to the AFP.
