agree. What a horror. Idx is prob around the 3x net debt position. With the divi and required capital spend in this game (30-40mil flagged), the net debt position isn’t likely to improve if at all, and therefore if there is even the smallest fall in ebitda, the ratio will be getting uncomfortable for the bankers as happened to hls. I haven’t checked, do idx have an interest coverage ratio covenant too?
