You are misinterpreting our objections to the Cash Raise. We are not saying to wait to buy AzerCell. We had/have the funds to buy it when we did, well over 100mil in the bank. So why not buy it when we did, then wait a few weeks for the positive Data from CF33 and ride the wave of positive momentum then Cash Raise.
The SP went from 10c to 3c the pumped to 15 from the data. Imagine what the price would be now if Paul waited? Instead of sub 10c again, we could be well over 20c maybe even into the 30's currently.
And don't listen to Taurenbulls excuse of "Maybe Azercell wanted to look at our books to make sure we could fully fund the purchase and survive into the future, similar to a real estate transaction" That is a bunch of baloney. Don't forget the SPP was also underfunded. It would have been oversubscribed had we known the hard Data that CF33 is the amazing killer always hoped for.
