I can only assume that you and others have failed to conduct research on the Lindian Team members that are involved at the coal face of the K project. I would have thought that announcements such as that dated 3rd August 2023 titled "Maiden Mineral Resource" would have provided you with a reference to what has been achieved to date and future workings to bring the mine into production.
When researching the credentials of the TEAM may I suggest that you examine in detail the projects and clients of the companies that have been employed as these demonstrate credentials.
Try to streach your mind beyond the BOD and look at those technicans who are engaged in delivering for shareholders. Check out Lindian's "TECHNICAL TEAM".

Haver Niagara as mineral processing sales manager for 3 years. “The design ( Lindian Project) includes various components such as a ROM stockpile, milling circuit, classification circuits, gravity separation, magnetic separation, concentrate dewatering, and tailings disposal. Afengco (Pty) Ltd, a South African engineering company, is leading the process design study.”
