You talk as if it's a foregone conclusion. Don't think you realise how close it is. As reported in the AFR today, 78% of the register is held by Large/Insto holders. Only 20% from this have declared a no -Aus, Aitken and Perpetual (still sounded on fence but I've counted them in as against). 75% of *Cast* votes are required for approval. AGM had 90% of votes. If 90% vote at the meeting and only5% (quarter of 22%) retail/Mum dads vote in favour it could get through.
