Tolate, as you can see, trying to educate people about what a contract should or should not say to be binding is futile. These people have Google, they can search it up, and they know what it is, I hope they are just playing dummies.
The whole time, all a few holders meant to say is ONE especially important thing, AVZ has NOT secured $20M, it will have to go through a process, and MAYBE , a 50/50 chance, AVZ can have that line of credit that will be used up completely by March next year, guaranteed.
in other words, a misleading announcement, just like many others, it's sad (to say the very least) to see this happening just prior to voting!
