Yes, but they are operating in a highly competitive market place and have hit saturation more or less with no real growth for a while in active user numbers in Australia. So they are really hamstrung, they can only increase their prices to try and make a small profit and there is only so many times they can do that before someone moves to a simply ETF or other product.
Their only way out, improve the brand, build some partnerships, change the view that they are only a micro investing platform. There's little to no money in this.
