Back in at $1.25 for a small holding. Still a risk even at these prices.
It could save them $10m plus a year in interest. But still a big debt. And there could be goodwill write downs again.
There track record is not good. Selling the medical centers were applauded. Poor decisions since.
Still a takeover play?
