This is a very illiquid stock. It'd be impossible for those taking part in the capital raising to be able to flip their shares for a profit unless there's a positive announcement that causes the share price to spike on large trading volumes. I imagine the company doesn't want to burn those taking part in the capital raising because it'll make the next raising much harder. I wouldn't be surprised if we do get a positive announcement regarding drilling if the near future.
