As I have said for many years here ( not many listened lol) This joint never made a profit and the reason they listed years back was on the hot market for baby formula at that time. They were running out of money in their private capacity so they listed. That way they can continue with their fat salaries and if the money runs out, its simple CR!! and dilute the crap out of it. I hate to count the CR they had over the last 7 years or so.
Simple rule. Mothers don't give their babies GOAT if there is COW
