Most lithium mentions here are explorers, which lithium price isnt major factor in value.
Look at AZS, before discovery it was worth nothing, but then it finds a rock and SQM thinks it can mine 1.6b out of it. Hence value. If lithium price was double, it might be worth 3b+
But look at lithium producers, most are down 50%+ yoy.
