I’m sure it’s obvious to all and sundry (except you apparently) that of course you have NOT sold EVERY SINGLE THING YOU OWN, and leveraged it all.
My point was that those so-called “opportunities” that several of you keep harping on about and cross-promoting, are not quite as “no-brainer” as you portray, otherwise you would indeed have done just that.
