You will recall that the commitee recommended that the bill not proceed and that the NSW government work and collaborate with the federal government.
IF PEP-11 was going to be squasehd by either the governments, they would have done so by now.
The bottom line is that Australia needs gas for the energy transition. WE produce a huge amount of the stuff but it almost mostly goes offshore. A supply dediacted to doemestic use needs to be found and PEP-11 just maybe that miracle.
