Some of the most expensive suburbs in the city are on the waterfront, and the houses were built in the late 1800,'s early 1900's. Most of them are weatherboard.

I dont see the actual rich people in Sydney or Sovereign Island in the Goldcoast building with cladding in thier waterfront homes.

Take a look at what rich people actually build in waterfront settings, are you telling me these rich people have got it all wrong and you're the only one right?

You sure have delusion of grandeur.
