Those following the developments of AKP's competitors will no doubt have seen the recent news about the new TWS buds from Creative Labs that use xMEMS tech. For those that haven't, it's worth checking out.

xMEMS have also recently announced a new full range MEMS based speaker (initially for earbuds) which doesn't need any other supporting drivers, and produces sound from ultrasound (a concept we're all familiar with). Their intention is for this type of speaker design to be used for speaker applications beyond earbuds/headphones. So to me it seems there'll be multiple companies providing similar solutions to AKP in the not too distant future, and have adjusted my guesses around AKP's market share accordingly.
