240 million divided by the last close of 0.78 comes to 307,692,398 shares on a SPP to replace the CATH contribution.

That would be an 8.72% dilution to maintain 24% more ownership in our debts and profits.

I would be happy.to stump up 9% of my holdings , and more, if CATH feel standing with the corrupt ones (including Huayou who have tried repeatedly to take over AVZ and failed, which is why Zijin has resorted to bribery of 3rd parties who did not even have legal authority to execute agreements of sale) .
