The banks won't look at a loan before FID on BP33 and are convinced by resource, LOM and their ability to improve uptakes. CR may be avoided if they're smart and take advantage of Govt loans. Whether this CEO can make things happen is an open question. Doesn't seem like much of a promoter or deal maker. You'd think by now he'd have gotten the PM on site in a hiviz and hard hat for a photo opp - NT is a future economic driver for the government, they should be all over CXO, supposedly an exciting NT miner with great prospects.
