Thank you for changing your tone and not being condescending as your previous posts . Although we have opposing views on certain things we both agree that this project is a monster once operating at its full potential. Both myself and my group who represent just over 10% of the company agree that we will personally support the locals when this eventually takes off to the levels that it is capable of.
My concern still remains that we do not have the experience nor the credentials with our management team to fulfill all of our dreams. I am constantly talking to my group and others in the top 20 shareholders and they agree. Aismwe is out of his depth and will not surround himself with the right team to consult him with the best possible advice.Your only as good as your weakest link and we haven't currently got the expertise to nail this.
The people in Malawi need this more than we do. Management do not be selfish do the right thing and employ the right people.
