I don't know exactly why.
But I do know that people that high up in the corporate world have a very thick skin - they have a high treshold of pain and crap they can take and that would exclude the reason that he gave us for his resignation - being upset about Nigel's dealings with Marius Mihigo and so forth...

Look at his pic on MMGA site - does he look to you like someone who would throw a tantrum like a toddler and resign?
He used to work for Goldman Sacks and Lehman Bros.
