I believe with the whole shenanigans over at LTR with the takeover offer process, then the capital raise they did has soaked up the time for them to have a proper meeting to discuss the terms of the J/V terms.
In a video i watched with sean he alluded to electing the 49% option was the likely preferance for the project.

By the looks of the recent ann Sean had been out of the country and has only been back for a week is my understanding.

Perhaps between now and xmas we will hear more about the J/V dealwith LTR as the results are long overdue.

Personally from my research i'm thinking there will be grades of 1.0 -1.5 % lithium across both tenements at mulline and mulwarrie.

For my mind there couldn't be nothing as we would have found out by now.

I dont think LTR will want to bleed any more money (cash) as ther will want to make sure K/V goes off without a fuss and no shortfall.

Perhaps an offer of LTR shares to OLY or holders for more of the lithium rights on tenements is the way to go.

Aside from the above, i guess they will just sit on the results, my understanding is they need to release them to the market.

We continue to wait.
