And the drivel about Infrastructure ! It is already there, that bit about the US Development Bank is all about extending the existing Lobito - Huambo railway up to the DRC and beyond, it might even reach Kampala one day which would save IXR having to export its product via the long way around.

Lobito is now a major deep sea port capable of handling Panamax sized ships and there is already a new Hydro scheme built, they are currently bringing the power line the last 50km to LJ.
