    Hi lads,
No ive been on holidays on the gold coast and now back on board.
No AGM stunts or pantomimes as usual.

I see a massive 78.6% NO vote against the remuneration report and a 38.5% vote in favour of spilling the BOD (which failed). Haircuts coming & red slips all round looks like & BMM is looking like being more active instead of churning/shorting their own wealth here.

But that silent majority of 2.9B shareholders who dont vote are doing what exactly?
They dont care that they have lost a whopping $300M value on their investments in 2 years?

and NP is now 7.40 not 11.00 despite the ASIC in the BFS being 4.90 and still well below the current NP so margins are still good on their figures even now.

I note PH was re-elected director and is now Chairman & CJ is now CEO.
So he has secured his performance rights, prior pay of $1.8M and CRs approvals.
Now we get told yet again they wait for the NP to go to 11.00 (was 6.00 then 7.00 then 10.00).
NP we cannot influence but the price of top shelf sulphate should be way above the spot NP imho.

I have received legal letters from PHs lawyers warning me but I doubt he would take me on in the WA Supreme Court considering my lengthy 20 year experience in this area, the costs involved to us both and the defences of free speech/true comment and opinion/comic relief.
Especially now he has taken on a new role and has secured his payments.
Why waste his time on lowly me in those circumstances?
In fact its pathetic that anyone tries to stifle free speech on here in any way.

The BOD PH CEO need to focus on ROI, getting the SP back to 11.0c, finding value, cutting costs, signing the offtake & debt deal, finding more high grade NI & Li which we know is there.

The prior selloffs were unwarranted & the market hasn't sold off & its stabilised again as the market is realising, Yep,
its business as usual at POS.
