Ron has been the long term Chairman of the very Board that you think dropped the ball. Then you say "I don't like our chances without him at the helm" and "we need him". Isn't that a contradiction? The company needs fresh blood at board level and a complete reset but it's probably too late to be honest. The damage has been done.
Ron did a fantastic job at NAN and EMV but just maybe he's burnt out and in your words dropped the ball (along with the rest of the board) here at HMD.

There are far better opportunities right now for investment capital. At the current price it's virtually a call option.
