If the SPP has not been strongly taken up, my thinking is this. Those who know TLG, and appreciate the potential here, have been at the "almost there!" phase for such a long time, that they're all fully loaded already. Hell, I've only been here less than 2 years, and I've bought so many, so often, that I could only nibble at the SPP without having my accountant openly question my sanity for the % of my portfolio that's in TLG.. pretty sure he raised an eyebrow last year as it was.
