Nitrogen to be vented off if NHE is successful unless that changes. In terms of liquid helium iso containers they start venting off as I understand it meaning they need to reach the end customer within 40-45 days - see the Linde link for reference

Unfortunately for NHE the main helium market in the US I think is over 50 days by ocean freight so target market would be more China which imports most of its helium and Europe and other parts of Asia etc.. at a guess
