The only thing I am holding onto is that in reading the overseas investors website, they appear quite reputable representing some large companies. Failure to carry out their commitment would be damaging but this has to be balanced against the fact they have not publicized this deal on their website or even news section....i can imagine BOD board are frantically on the phones and feel for them. Lets hope they can keep it together.
