Even if there is a NDA in place I do not see this as a reasonable excuse for holding back results. whilst they may be in discussions with others about scenarios that are reliant on the out come of trials this would be separate to the results themselves as it would be totally unreasonable for a company that has not contributed up to this point to expect BIT to not be able to create commercial tension whilst discussing future directions. Apart from this surely as share holders we are entitled to know what we have got before it's sold.
