Revenue is a product of the contract, nothing more. Each contract will be different, but I can nearly promise you it will be a percentage of the chip prices for more embedded products.
To look at standard chips (not high end) ,take this one released this week, by STMicro (who would be a great partner)

It sells for $2, if Weebit RRAM was used, it would be 6 cents to Weebit, say they sold 20 million chips, Weebit would get $1.2 million of near pure profit!!!!
