It naturally should use that rail line. Although, with Daunia nearby, it'd make a lot of sense to do some significant bulk wash campaigns of the Winchester coal as a means of designing a new wash facility. The CHPP at Daunia is latest design for Rangal coals. While there would be lessons learnt already from Daunia CHPP, there'd be almost nothing better than doing a bulk wash of several 100 thousand tonnes from Winchester to determine the finer points of the final plant design... maybe several million tonnes of Winchester coal could be washed at Daunia before a final design is decided..Itll be super interesting to see how this one plays out.
