I said they say strong support for their strategy but they don’t talk or mention about the strike 1
many that get a strike make statements they will reflect on shareholder sentiment reflected in receiving a strike

if you look at my note the other day they announced -
and I pointed out that they didn’t secure anything- many discussed it was secured but technically it had nothing more than a pathway— ( I bet he clarified that in agm again) to negotiate exclusively in the future - if it wasn’t a concern needing clarification it would not have been brought up at agm imo
nothing was guaranteed and despite Avz claims in that announcement that the other side would now see it demonstrates it has funding to go all the way , that was false - as at that time they had a pathway only and were pumping it up to meaning it actually secured was a croc- that’s what I was calling out
a bit like - we have settled the Dathomir spas including payment and aquired the 15 percent- as it actually turns out Avz quietly changed it to, held good title to , and then only a short time ago disclosed it settled including payment which was held in a lawyer trust account but as far as they were concerned - they satisfied their obligations and their position is they hold good title and shot at icc— their obligations being signed on time and payment made—-
they called Dathomir comminere and zjin sale meritless claims raised in media speculation - they knew it didn’t settle actually, was in court appealing but entered into a Tia with cath anyway
Cath s in a good position - as we never saw the full detail of the agreement - let’s hope they don’t pull the pin citing Avz inability to obtain a mining lic as the shares in dathcom it was due to purchase doesn’t seem to even be listed on government records and declare a default by Avz- which will be costly
there are loyal shareholders - there are also a mega load of shareholders caught out by what they consider non disclosure by Avz and now hostage to Avz moves which to date haven’t delivered any results, Just burned through a truckload of capital on matters downplayed and originally and all declared part of meritless media speculation
time will tell if they actually deliver anything like 75 in dathcom- a confirmed operating jv- 15 percent additional purchase from comminere , and a mining lic approval-
they may get the Locke funding which imo will torch existing shareholders based on terms and if there is a result due to their past spending during suspension will imo result in shareholders , loyal or not, on the register today , either enjoying a tiny fraction of the percentage of the company the hold today or a confirmed total loss unable to be claimed for years by many whilst the board carry’s on legally
Fighting for payment to f damages all whilst getting paid from fresh capital and continually diluting existing shareholder value
Honestly good luck - but I think that’s all we have atm and one of the reasons Avz has most recently suddenly signaled it’s preference is for a negotiated settlement publicly - which in it of itself indicates to me their strategy they claim strong support for today, (that they started in may 2022) is not actually getting the results envisaged and they need to change
